Talkzy for Mac is a teleprompter for video calls, webinars and screen recordings: your script sits in a slim bar right under the camera, so you can read while you look at the people you’re talking to.

Following your voice
What it does
Under the notch
On a MacBook with a notch, the script hangs from it; on other displays it sits at the top centre, where you put it. You choose the width, the number of lines, the text size and the opacity.
Follows your voice (beta)
The same voice-follow as on iPhone: talk at your pace and the text keeps up, pause and it waits. Speech is recognized on your Mac and never uploaded. We are still testing it while a call app uses the same microphone.
Stays out of the way
The bar stays on top of full-screen apps and every Space without taking focus from your call or your slides. Keyboard shortcuts and page-turner clickers work while another app is in front.
Screen sharing, honestly
A built-in check shows what others would see before you share, and one shortcut hides the bar completely. Whether a window shows up in a share depends on each meeting app, so Talkzy won’t promise more than that check can show.
Your iPhone scripts, on the Mac
With Talkzy Pro, iCloud sync keeps the same scripts on iPhone, iPad and Mac. The Mac version is on the same App Store record, so Pro bought on one device restores on the others with the same Apple ID.

Which Macs does Talkzy for Mac run on?
Any Mac with macOS 14 or later. It is on the Mac App Store now.
Will people on my call see the script?
If you share your entire screen, other windows can show up in it. Talkzy for Mac has a check that shows what others would see, and a shortcut that hides the bar completely. Until you have checked, share a single window or tab instead of the whole screen.
Do I need a MacBook with a notch?
No. Without a notch, the bar sits at the top centre of the display, under the menu bar, and you can move it under an external webcam.
Will my Talkzy Pro work on the Mac?
Yes. Talkzy for Mac is on the same App Store record as the iPhone app, so Pro bought on one device restores on the others with the same Apple ID.
Does it work with Zoom and Google Meet?
It sits on top of any app, including meeting apps and browsers, without taking their focus. How screen sharing treats it depends on each app, which is why Talkzy for Mac includes a check of what others see.
