Terms of Use

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Talkzy on devices linked to your Apple ID, under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (linked at the bottom of this page). These terms add to that agreement; they do not replace it.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it regardless of this agreement.

The free version includes the full teleprompter, 1080p recording and 3 voice-follow takes a day, with no watermark. Talkzy Pro unlocks unlimited voice-follow, 4K, 60 fps and HEVC recording, script looping, section jumps and Bluetooth/USB mic choice.

Talkzy Pro comes in three options:

• Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every year.
• Monthly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every month.
• Lifetime — a one-time (non-consumable) purchase that never renews.

There is no weekly plan and no free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and Pro keeps working until then.

You can restore purchases for free on devices using the same Apple ID, from Talkzy’s Settings.

All purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you think that is unfair, email me.

The scripts and videos you make in Talkzy are yours. Talkzy claims no rights to them and never receives them — everything stays on your device.

You are responsible for what you record and publish, and for having the right to use the text you read.

Talkzy is provided as is. Voice-follow is in beta and depends on Apple’s on-device recognizer, your microphone and the noise in the room; it can lag or lose its place. Try a take before relying on it for something important.

Backing up your takes is your responsibility; turn on saving to Photos to keep a copy outside the app.

To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for Talkzy in the previous 12 months. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms may change as the app changes. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting the consumer rights of the country you live in.
